However, some products contain ingredients such as lanolin and beeswax, and are therefore not 100% vegan.

No. All products are 100% free from parabens and other known endocrine-disrupting substances.

Yes, all products are dermatologically tested and assessed as skin-friendly. The products are suitable for all skin types. Read more about the dermatological test here.

Almost all products are safety-approved for pregnant and breastfeeding women, but we always recommend consulting your doctor or midwife if you are in doubt.

However, pregnant women should avoid our products containing salicylic acid. Contact us if you want to be sure whether a specific product contains salicylic acid or not.

Our products are developed for humans, and we therefore do not recommend using them on animals.

No, none of the products are tested on animals. It is not permitted to test cosmetic products on animals in the EU, and of course, we do not do so.

If you shop in our own webshop, you are covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days – often on the same day if placed before 1pm. Typical delivery time is therefore 2-5 working days.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods, around public holidays and Black Week, as well as after weekends when order volumes are higher.

We usually pack orders the same day, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Call us on +45 64 47 17 96 (we speak English) and have your order number ready so we can help you quickly.

Outside of our telephone opening hours, you can instead send us an email clearly stating in the subject line that you wish to cancel your order.

If it is possible to cancel your order, you will receive confirmation by email. If it is too late to cancel, you can instead make use of your right to return the goods once the parcel has been delivered to you. Contact us for assistance with returns.

Yes, we offer unlimited returns on unopened items, and returns to us are free of charge. You will need a return label for the shipment, so it is important that you contact us before sending your parcel.

When we receive your returned order, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order.

You cannot exercise your right of return simply by failing to collect your parcel from the parcel shop without prior agreement with us. If the parcel is returned from the parcel shop because it was not collected, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of 7 GBP. You must therefore always contact us directly if you wish to make use of your right of return. Please remember to include your order number.

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, but it can take a couple of extra days during busy periods (e.g. around public holidays, holiday seasons, Black Week, etc.). Delays with the courier can also occur – for example, after Black Week/Black Friday, you should allow an extra 1–2 days for delivery.

If you do not collect your parcel from the parcel shop within the time limit set by the courier, the parcel will be returned to us. Unless otherwise agreed with us, we will refund your order once it has been received at our warehouse.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process the returned shipment. The refund will be made to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Please also be aware that we will deduct 7 GBP from the refund amount to cover the return shipping cost.

Most products in the webshop can be paid for using a discount code. However, this does not apply to gift cards, sale items or discounted products. If a discount code is applied to a basket containing sale or discounted items, the discount will automatically be removed, and the full price will be charged for the product.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes are personal and must not be resold or shared with others. Transfer or resale of discount codes is prohibited.

Gift cards for the webshop are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the gift card.

If the gift card does not cover the full value of your order, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount on the payment page.

No, a gift card can be used as payment several times if you do not spend the full amount in one purchase. The value of the gift card will be updated automatically on the digital card, and any remaining balance will also be shown on your order confirmation.

No, gift cards are sent by email only and can be accessed via a link.

Yes, you can. When you shop in our webshop, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. If, within 100 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with the results, you can get your money back.

Our satisfaction guarantee only covers orders purchased from our own webshop. We are unable to refund an order or purchase made from other webshops or physical retailers.
